Todd Construction Inc. was founded in Roseburg, Oregon in 1942.  Today, about 60 employees work in the field and office alongside third-generation members of the Todd family. We’ve built signature projects throughout the Pacific Northwest that enhance communities, strengthen businesses and improve educational opportunities.
