Project Description
A new recreation and community center was completed in Siletz, providing a modern facility for recreation and community activities. The two-story building features an elevated indoor running track along with a variety of amenities designed to serve the community.
The 47,500-square-foot facility will also have sports courts, a weight room, lockers, concessions, and administrative offices. It’s framed in steel and concrete masonry blocks.
Todd Construction was the low bidder on the project for the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians. Construction began in July 2024 with excavation at the site, and the building was completed in fall 2026.
Todd has built other recreational facilities in the past, including the Hadlock Student Center at George Fox University, Stafford Hills Club and the Portland Trail Blazers Practice Facility.
