Project Description

Kruse Village is a 62,000-square-foot retail center consisting of six buildings ranging from 6,400 to 13,300 square feet that quickly filled with a variety of restaurants, shops and professional offices.

The buildings are single-story with structural steel and metal stud framing. The modern-style facades feature a broad range of exterior finishes such as pre-cast concrete panels, brick veneer, stucco, metal siding, ipe wood siding, and expansive glass storefront systems.

The five-acre development includes an open air pavilion where a local farm offers fruits and vegetables in the summer. Other outdoor highlights include a walkway system, piazza-type overhead lighting, two wooden pedestrian bridges, enhancement of the natural riparian areas, and many native plant species among the landscaping. There are 250 parking spaces in the complex and three central plazas.
