Project Description
This new 34,500 sf, 2-level, steel framed, medical facility features family practice/specialty care, an MRI suite, medical testing, urgent care services and emergency services. The project earned a LEED Silver Certification.
Particular care was taken for waterproofing, weatherproofing, and drying out the structure before any finish material was installed.
Despite a weather delay during site work due to extreme rainstorms, Todd finished the project on schedule.
