The attractive new office and upscale demonstration kitchen at Ever Fresh allows the company to make a much better impression on its clients. Those who work at the fruit and flavor processing company are pretty ecstatic about it too.
At just under 10,000 square feet, the wood-framed office features high ceilings and handsome exposed glu-lam beams. The wood emphasis extends to the covered front entryway.
The office is connected to a 20,000-square-foot insulated, tilt-up concrete warehouse with four receiving docks, motion-sensor lights and 24-foot clear height.
Other features of the office and warehouse expansion project include a product development area, laboratory, conference room and break room with a concrete patio. Controlled access was installed in some proprietary areas, and separate storage areas were built for flammable materials and flavors
A high percentage of the materials were locally sourced and Todd Construction crews self-performed the tilt-up concrete work and the wood-framing in the office.
