Project Description
Specialty Grocer Market of Choice anchors the new Reed’s Crossing Town Center in South Hillsboro. Todd Construction built the shell of 10 separate buildings, offering 104,000 square feet of space for restaurants, retail and service establishments.
Todd self-performed the concrete footings and stem walls for the buildings. Construction started in 2023 and the first of the buildings were complete in spring 2025.
Many other tenants signed leases with developer Gramor Development to locate in the complex including Shake Shack, Wells Fargo, Cinnabon Swirl, Jamba Juice, Chill & Grill, OnPoint Community Credit Union, Nikki Sushi & Steak, Club Pilates and more.
The center is built on 10.3 acres in the largest master planned community in Oregon. It’s expected to have 8,000 new homes and 20,000 additional residents at completion. It’s located near Cornelius Pass Road and Tualatin Valley Highway.
Todd and Gramor have teamed up on other several other projects including Crestview Crossing in Newberg, Kruse Village in Lake Oswego, and OC Point in Oregon City.
Reed’s Crossing is such a significant development, with the new residential area surrounding it as well, that the Portland Business Journal has named it one of 10 Landmark Projects in the Portland Metro Area for 2024.
