Project Description

Three separate locations of The Springs Living Headquarters became one in a newly renovated building accented with a Pendleton touch.
Todd Construction erected a 10,000 SF second-floor suite of offices in a former helicopter engine maintenance hangar, renovated 15,000 SF of existing space, and added amenities including Fancho’s bar, fitness and locker rooms, conference and breakout rooms, workroom and breakrooms.
We built a wood-tread staircase and accent wall featuring four wood varieties. We also fabricated a wood-framed glass barn door that leads to the indoor basketball court, which can double as a large meeting space.

Todd cut out a concrete wall that had separated the existing office from the warehouse to create room for the new workspace. The wood-framed second floor has car-decking exposed to the first floor along with the utility lines for an industrial look. The decking is supported by attractive glu-lam beams and cedar-wrapped columns.

The renovation and addition were built during the coronavirus pandemic of 2020, requiring all workers to be masked and separated from the occupied existing offices. Frequent quiet hours were observed to avoid disruption to workers.

The Springs Living operates multiple senior living communities in Oregon and Montana, offering independent and assisted living and memory care.

This is the 15th project Todd Construction has completed for The Springs Living. Others include their flagship property, The Springs at Lake Oswego, and our first project with them, The Springs at Tanasbourne.
