Project Description

A 30,000-square-foot auditorium that includes a 600-seat theatre has been added to Wilsonville High School. The new facility features a balcony, stage, scene shop, dressing rooms, orchestra pit, storage and two elevators.

Todd converted the school’s previous stage to a Black Box Theater while renovating additional existing space into a robotics lab, general instructional area and storage.

The auditorium sits at the front of the school near the main entrance off Wilsonville Road. A large heritage white oak on the site was protected during construction and preserved on the site.

The project also included a new north parking lot, new synthetic turf softball field with field lights, and new connector roads for cars and pedestrians. The softball field opened for spring 2023 games and the first performances were staged at the new auditorium in the fall of 2023.

The project was funded by a bond levy approved by voters in 2019.

This is the 13th project we’ve built for the West Linn-Wilsonville School District. Todd also renovated the district’s historic Administration Building.
