Project Description

Gramor Development gained new corporate offices with this collaboration with Todd Construction.

The wood-framed building with a brick exterior and glass storefront spans 12,700 square feet. Gramor moved its business into one-third of the building, renting the remaining space to other tenants.

The Coho Building was the eighth project Todd built for Gramor. Todd would build many more projects for the major developer, including Kruse Village in Lake Oswego, Crestview Crossing in Newberg, and Reed’s Crossing in Hillsboro.

Gramor is also known for the incredible transformation of the Vancouver, Washington, Waterfront into a premier and picturesque location for restaurants, hospitality, office, and more.
