Project Description
More apartments are being built for members of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde. The third phase of the Wind River Apartments are underway on Tyee Road.
This phase will have 10 two-story buildings with 45 units. The buildings are wood-framed over concrete foundations. The ground floor units will be disabled-accessible. The remaining units can be easily converted to ADA units.
The second-floor units will have balconies and skylights. The buildings will have fiber cement lap siding and asphalt shingles. They will be fully insulated and air-conditioned.
All of the units will be built to the standards of the Federal Housing Administration.
This is the first project by Todd Construction for the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde. It’s our second project for Native American tribes. We’re also building a recreation center for the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz.
