Project Description
This 42,000 square foot facility houses both classroom and administrative space within its two story concrete tilt-up exterior wall construction.
The site is designed with two very large detention ponds that hold surface runoff from the roof, parking lot and subsurface drainage systems. The system allows the retained storm water to drain slowly into the surrounding municipal storm drainage system, helping to avoid any additional flooding.
