Project Description

A new recreation and community center is coming to Siletz. Construction is underway on a two-story building that will include an elevated indoor running track.

The 47,500-square-foot facility will also have sports courts, a weight room, lockers, concessions and administrative offices.

Todd Construction was the low bidder on the project for the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians. Construction began in July with excavation at the site. The building is expected to be completed in the spring of 2026.

Todd has built other recreational facilities in the past, including the Hadlock Student Center at George Fox University, Stafford Hills Club and the Portland Trail Blazers Practice Facility.
