Project Description
Duplex cottages are being added to the Willamette View Community in Oak Grove.
Each cottage has 1,900 square feet of living space, an oversized garage, covered patio and fireplace. The residences are in five single-story, modern buildings located across River Road from the main Willamette View campus.
The residences have energy-efficient LED lighting, low VOC finishes, Energy Star-certified electrical appliances and heat pumps. Residents have the option of many upgrades as well in design and finishes.
Drought-resistant and native plants are among the environmentally friendly landscaping.
The cottages are wood framed with fiber cement siding. The first five cottages were phase 1 of what is expected to be a three-phase project.
The first phase was complete in late spring of 2025. Now Todd Construction is working on the second phase, which will have three more buildings. Two will be duplexes and one will house a single residence.
