Project Description
Duplex cottages are being added to the Willamette View Community in Oak Grove.
The new complex will have 10 residences, each with 1,900 square feet of living space, oversize garages, covered patios and fireplaces. The residences will be in five single-story, modern buildings located across River Road from the main Willamette View campus.
The residences will have energy-efficient LED lighting, low VOC finishes, Energy Star-certified electrical appliances and heat pumps.
Drought-resistant and native plants will be among the environmentally friendly landscaping.
The cottages will be wood framed with fiber cement siding. The cottages are phase 1 of what is expected to be a three-phase project.
The first phase is expected to be complete in late spring of 2025.
