Project Description
This new 312 bed, 109,000-square-foot student housing facility features a cast-in-place concrete basement and a four-story structural steel superstructure with brick veneer and storefront glazed exterior skin. The project includes site work, utilities, landscaping and irrigation for the entire block. The building on the University of Portland campus earned a LEED Gold certification.
