Project Description
Operations had to continue without shutdowns during the renovation of this historic building, otherwise the entire school district would lose its information systems.
Todd Construction worked closely with administrators to develop a four-part phasing plan so they could continue to work in the building throughout the complex construction process with minimal disruptions.
The renovation included custom carpentry finish work throughout the inside of the building along with 5,000 square feet of new concrete and associated site work. The building’s exterior was restored to its original appearance.
It was a compliment to the Todd Construction team to be selected for this project because we were remodeling the building where the school district superintendent’s office was located.
