Project Description
Construction was brisk on this new 42,750 square-foot, three-story dormitory with a total construction time of 9 1/2 months. The project on the University of Portland campus contained several critical design-build components and integrates a large cast-in-place basement area, precast concrete, block and veneer exteriors, and a wood floor system supported by structural steel and steel studs.
