Project Description
When the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers needed the elevator refurbished at The Dalles Dam in 2012, the agency chose Todd Construction in a Best Value Source Selection process. Todd replaced the electrical and mechanical systems in three elevators at the dam and upgraded shafts to proper fire ratings.
