Project Description
This project involved site development of approximately 9.13 acres for a retail shopping center. Building construction included two shells of approximately 16,000 square feet and preparation work for a new Safeway store anchor. Construction is wood frame, masonry, EIFS and concrete tile roofs.
Offsite work included highway widening and improvements with a pressure main road boring under the intersection of Highway 99 and Scholls-Sherwood Road.
