Project Description
The tortilla storage area in a 200,000 square-foot Reser’s warehouse is getting an upgrade. Todd Construction’s renovation targets 83,000 square feet, where we replaced the concrete slab and improved the office spaces.
We’ve added a set of stairs leading to the second level, and new steel entrances and platforms. We poured foundations for the silos, where corn and flour are stored, and we’ve expanded the freezer room.
The improvements allow more room to store the Don Pancho brand tortillas in a refrigerated space. The space is adjacent to the manufacturing plant for tortillas and tortilla chips.
