Project Description
These three-story, apartment-style buildings total 110,000 square feet. Each unit contains a kitchen, bathroom, dining room and bedrooms. The buildings are constructed of concrete at the ground floors and wood framed above the second floor deck. The successful completion of two previous projects for the University of Portland gave the University the confidence to negotiate this project with Todd.
