Project Description
Grace Baptist Church gained a modern, new look in 2018 with the addition of an aluminum storefront window entry system, new Fellowship Hall and expanded foyer.
Now at 26,500 square feet, the building provides more opportunity for congregants to fellowship.
In addition, the installation of an elevator and new main staircase provides better access to the building’s second floor. where there are new classroom spaces with vinyl picture windows.
The 4,000-square-foot addition has tilt-up concrete walls and a steel roof structure with standing seam roofing. New wood lap and sheet metal siding adorn the existing portions of the building.
The church’s HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems were replaced, bringing air conditioning to the building for the first time. A new fire sprinkler system was installed to protect the entire building.
Todd came up with a solution for retaining the church’s original stained glass windows in the sanctuary.
