The four-story, wood-framed facility contains both Independent and Assisted Living residences and a Memory Care wing.
It also features two restaurants, an indoor pool and spa, full service salon, fitness center, theater and chapel.
Value engineering efforts by Todd Construction resulted in cost reductions totaling $778,329.
