Project Description
Independent Living apartments were added to the existing Springs at Sherwood Assisted Living and Memory Care facility.
Todd Construction built two new wood-framed buildings with stone and brick facades. The expansion added 73 Independent Living apartments and 20 new Assisted Living units. A beauty salon, fitness center, movie theater, Fancho’s Public House casual dining, common spaces and courtyards are among the amenities.
Groundbreaking took place in August 2018. The project was completed in spring 2020 and a tour can be seen in this video.
This was the 12th project Todd Construction built for The Springs Living. Other projects include The Springs at Lake Oswego, The Springs at Greer Gardens and The Springs at Tanasbourne.
