Project Description
Todd was the design-build contractor on this new, three-story student housing building. The 39,000-square-foot wood-framed building provided George Fox University with 149 additional beds.
Following this project, Todd Construction continued to build many more facilities for the university, including the Hadlock Student Center, Brandt Hall, the university’s Chapel, and the Roberts Center for Nursing. We’ve also performed renovations at the university’s Portland Center, including the Advanced Practice Nursing Simulation Center.
