• Accurate Estimating — We have found there are few to whom cost is never an issue. With that in mind we have developed a thorough estimating process based on our extensive construction cost database and covering conceptual, preliminary and final estimates.

• Constructability Reviews  and Value Engineering — CR and VE opportunities are best seized at the beginning of the preconstruction process, which is why we focus on getting collaboration going at the start. We gather input from all team members, which is used throughout the process and is continually refined, documented, and agreed upon so design and construction follow-through is assured.
